I tried doing a DD run this morning, but I only had one order in an hour. I also wanted to show off my fye (feel like 2015) Georgia flag front plate. My mechanic neighbor had to put the plate on because it was an absolute pain to do.

Oh I didn’t even notice the front plate. Looks good. The alltrack really has a good place to put it without obstructing the grille, which seems to be rare these days.

That thing is gonna need tint in this upcoming Georgia summer. I used to work at VW and they didn't have the best ac systems initially, had to wait like 10 minutes before you cooled down. Once we started tinting the cars they got way better to drive!

My back and pants were super sweaty today. Tint is the first “mod” on the list. Weak AC was something I hated about my RAV4, but I’m hoping to fix this some.

I remember getting swamp balls. Was very unpleasant, its totally fine if you've got the air running for like 10 minutes and you've opened the windows for a few to let the hot air out, and then go along. But getting in and driving off. It ain't it, but yeah there are alot of good tint spots in Atlanta. I'd recommend 20% I can refer a couple if you want or just as your dealer and they will give you their guy.

The old flag would look weird on a VW. I like the gold accent on the current flag.
I see a LOT of old flag front plates around here, but barely any of the current flag.

I’ll be pulling seats out of an SEL/GTI/R. The seats are one bit that I’m not a fan of. Is yours an SE or an SEL?

I bought my Alltrack from Stone Mountain Volkswagen. Good dealership, but they’re an hour from home.
My local dealer, Jim Ellis Kennesaw, offered 3M tint as a dealer add-on for the Alltracks they sold. They (or Heritage on Thornton Road) will probably be where I go for my services. I thought about going to Jim Ellis to get my 3M tint, but that’s like $400. Most dealers add tint to their cars. My mom thought it was weird this car didn’t have tint.

SE with Driver Assistance & Appearance Package like yours, but with the DSG. It’s the exact same blue one I was looking at in April.
No beige interior for the SEL Alltrack, unfortunately. Otherwise, a Silk Blue SEL would’ve been perfect.

Yeah, VW is weird about it. I worked at Jim ellis Atlanta location. They have a guy in that area who did customer cars for 160. If you’re interested lemme know and I’ll send you my email. And I can give you his information and address.

And I had to dealer trade there all the time it is our sister store. You can also call and ask them who puts their tint and they will refer you. But send me an email and I'll send some recommendations.
